The Student Trainee Exchange Programme (STEP) of ELSA offers your company the opportunity to retain highly qualified law students from all over Europe as trainees. The traineeship can vary from 2 weeks to 2 years and can take place in any law related area.

Participation in STEP is a very simple and effective way for you to broaden your horizons while your company will attract young lawyers. Having a trainee working in your enterprise is a valuable investment for the future of your company.

Getting a highly qualified trainee is simple - by filling out the Traineeship Specification Form, you can indicate your preferences or requirements for the traineeship. You are also able to choose the timeline.

Upon signing an agreement with ELSA, we will start promoting the traineeship.
After the deadline, ELSA will do a pre-screening of the applicants, providing you with highly qualified students that match your requirements or preferences. You will then be able to choose the trainee or trainees that are to your satisfaction.
