Partnership
Partners of ELSA reap the recognition that is associated with ELSA as the world's largest independent law students' association. Being a partner of ELSA International gives your company a possibility to interact with skilled and internationally minded students and young lawyers. Furthermore, partnership gives an opportunity to brand the company name and profile throughout the ELSA network, consisting of law students and professionals as well as international firms, companies and institutions. Partnership is sought through a general support of the work and aims of ELSA. In addition there is a possibility of sponsoring specific ELSA projects and events of ELSA. Currently, such co-operation could include assistance with the further development of ELSA ONLINE, the website and management system, supporting one of our publications, meetings or other events, and supporting the travels of ELSA International. Trainees
For most of its 25 year history ELSA has been offering law firms and companies throughout Europe the possibility to host students for a short or long period. While giving law students and young lawyers an opportunity to become more internationally minded and professionally skilled, the organisations receive cost-effective, youthful and motivated personnel.

Speakers at ELSA events
Every year, ELSA organises more than 200 seminars, conferences and law schools, out of which around 50 are international. In addition ELSA organises moot courts, study visits and discussion forums. Being high quality events with high academic standards they demand academics as well as professionals to be speakers, judges or contribute in some other way. Training
ELSA has for the last year put effort in training our members in soft skills as well as ELSA knowledge. The aim is to better prepare our members for a professional life as well as giving them the adequate skills to be efficient and manage ELSA activities. In 2000 ELSA's International Trainers Pool (ITP) was set up in order to put the experience of former ELSA members to good use. Every year ELSA organises several training events, for which professional trainers, from our pool of international partners and supporters, are invited. Furthermore, ELSA co-operates with professional trainers in order to further develop and improve the skills of the international Trainers Pool.

Advertising
ELSA is producing several high quality publications such as the "Guide to Legal Studies in Europe - a law school directory", "Selected Papers on European Law - a law review" and "Synergy - the international members magazine".
