ELSA International will send an observer delegation to attend several meetings of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland in spring/summer 2010.
The ELSA participants in the Delegation to these sessions will have to undertake the following activities:
ELSA International will not facilitate the travel or other arrangements of subsistence of any members of the ELSA Delegation. All arrangements surrounding travel, accommodation and daily subsistence costs are the exclusive responsibility of the participants themselves. However, ELSA International can assist the participants by providing, upon request, Recommendation Letters for fundraising purposes in their countries, or Invitation Letters for those who need a visa to enter a foreign territory.

ELSA International has official Guidelines for the selection of ELSA Delegations (please be familiar with them before the submission). The official Guidelines can be found here (please note that the Guidelines have been updated after the ICM Sinaia).
Please add your surname at the end of the name of the application file without changing the actual name of the file. Separate your surname and the name of the file with a low line (_). Copy this final name of the application form to the subject of your e-mail. For example: “AF_WIPO_SCCR_June 2010_orring.doc”
Please pay attention to applying with the correct form.
