Professional Training in ELSA
In order to support main activities of ELSA, we educate our members by providing them with top-class professional trainings in various work-related topics. With a goal to enhance the skills of its officers ELSA provides trainings first of all to follow and fulfil the vision, aims and goals of our association with a respect to our philosophy statement. Further on we want to contribute to professional skills of our members by providing them trainings in personal skills including soft skills and numerous of others professional skills trainings. Finally we offer trainings in organisational skills in order to make our members more qualified and at the same time raise the quality of our events within the Network of 41 National Groups.
Trainings are one of the most inevitable tools that Local and National Groups of ELSA can use in order to boost their skills. Every ELSA group is entitled to organise trainings in their own group for their members. Applying for trainers is very easy. All you have to do is to contact ELSA International and you will be provided with more information about the possible trainers and trainings that ELSA has to offer.
International Trainers’ Pool
ELSA International supervises and administers the professional training body of ELSA, The International Trainers’ Pool that provides professional trainings to the members of ELSA. International Trainers’ Pool consists of legal professionals, once active ELSA-members in their National- and Local Groups and even in the International Board. All our trainers work on voluntary basis with an aim to further improve their professional skills and yet contribute to the ELSA network.
At the moment International Trainers’ Pool consists of 37 legal professionals around Europe reaching at the moment to 18 National backgrounds, all of them Internationally minded top class professionals with wide range of experience from the legal world and legal cultures.
